Jason Armes is a part-time lecturer specializing in Structural Engineering. He is currently a project manager for a structural engineering firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has experience in a wide range of project types including new construction, rehabilitations, retrofits, renovations, and seismic evaluations within multiple sector types. Many of his projects contain high levels of architectural interest, complex existing conditions, and challenging construction logistics. Some of his projects include the award-winning Moscone Convention Center Expansion, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music's new performance and housing facility, and multiple low-income housing seismic retrofits.
